Royal Gorge Zipline Tours is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable by the widest possible audience.

Conformance Standard

Physical Accessibility

As an outdoor adventure course located on the Royal Gorge plateau at approximately 7,000 feet elevation, our zipline tours have inherent physical requirements:

• The terrain includes uneven ground, dirt paths, and elevation changes
• The Classic Tour involves moderate walking on relatively flat terrain
• The Extreme Tour requires hiking steep, rugged terrain (equivalent to approximately 10 flights of stairs)
• Participants must be able to support their own body weight while hanging in a harness
• Age and weight requirements apply (Classic: 12+, 50-250 lbs; Extreme: 13+, 75-250 lbs)

Our staff is trained to accommodate guests with various needs where safely possible. We encourage anyone with specific accessibility concerns about the physical course to contact us before booking so we can discuss accommodations.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site may have limitations:

• Embedded third-party content (Google Maps, video players) may not be fully accessible
• Some legacy images may have incomplete alt text descriptions
• PDF documents (waivers, brochures) may not be fully screen-reader compatible
