We operate rain or shine, year-round. Our courses are engineered and certified for all-weather operation, and our guides are trained to ensure your safety in various conditions.
The only conditions that may cause a delay or cancellation are:
If we cancel your tour due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. In the event of a weather delay, we will do our best to get you on the course as conditions improve. Weather cancellation decisions are made by our safety team and are final.
Light rain, snow, cold temperatures, and overcast skies are not cancellation conditions. Many guests find these conditions make the experience even more memorable.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any tour. The waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with adventure activities and releases Royal Gorge Zipline Tours from liability for injuries arising from normal participation.
Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. The parent or guardian must be present at check-in.
We recommend reading the waiver in advance. Digital waivers are available during the online booking process. Paper waivers are available at check-in.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for group pricing. Contact us directly for group rates and availability.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in, waiver signing, and ground school training.
If you are running late, call us immediately at (719) 275-7238. We may be able to accommodate you on a later tour depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed.
Guests who miss their tour entirely without notice will forfeit their reservation and full tour price. This will be treated as a no-show.
For the safety of our guests, pregnant women are not permitted on either course.
If you have any health conditions including heart problems, back or neck injuries, recent surgeries, seizure disorders, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking. Guests must be able to support their own body weight while hanging in a harness.
