Welcome to Royal Gorge Zipline Tours. By accessing or using our website (royalgorgeziplinetours.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
Zipline tours and related adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. By participating in any Royal Gorge Zipline Tours activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any tour. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and be present at check-in.
When you make a booking through our website, you agree that:
Standard cancellations need 10 days' notice; the fee is $15.00 per person and the rest of the deposit is refunded. Inside 10 days it is not refundable unless you added Worry Free Cancellation. Groups of 12+ need 30 days' notice. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. A one-time date change within the same year is $10.00 per person, subject to availability.
For additional flexibility, guests may add Worry Free Cancellation at checkout for 10% of the booking, which allows cancellation for any reason by 1pm Colorado Mountain time the day before the tour, with a 100% refund minus the 10% (non-refundable) fee.
Weather cancellations initiated by Royal Gorge Zipline Tours will result in a full refund or free rescheduling. Please see our Policies page for complete details.
Participants must meet the physical requirements for their selected tour:
Pregnant women are not permitted on either course. Participants with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns should consult their doctor before booking. Guests must be able to support their own body weight while hanging in a harness.
Promotional codes (e.g., FREMONT50) are subject to verification. The Fremont County resident discount requires valid ID at check-in. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
All participants must follow the instructions of guides at all times. Royal Gorge Zipline Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with safety instructions, without refund.
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and software) is the property of Royal Gorge Zipline Tours or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content through our website or social media channels, you grant Royal Gorge Zipline Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Gorge Zipline Tours, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our activities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour or service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Gorge Zipline Tours and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your participation in our activities, or your misuse of our website.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including sister businesses, booking platforms, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fremont County, Colorado.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
