Lead guests through our 9-Line Classic and 11-Line Extreme courses. You are the face of the experience: part safety expert, part entertainer, part motivational coach. No prior zipline experience required; we provide 40+ hours of comprehensive training.
Lead our guide training program and mentor new team members. Senior guides handle advanced rescue scenarios, course inspections, and help maintain our impeccable safety record. This is a leadership role for experienced guides who want to shape the next generation of tour professionals.
Handle reservations, greet guests at check-in, answer phones and emails, and keep our operations running smoothly. You are the first and last point of contact for many guests: your energy sets the tone for their entire experience.
Transport guests between our downtown winter check-in location and the zipline course. Ensure safe, timely, and friendly transportation for all guests. You set the mood for the adventure ahead.
Keep our two zipline courses in peak condition. You will perform daily pre-opening inspections, routine cable and hardware maintenance, platform and trail upkeep, and seasonal repairs. This hands-on role is essential to our safety-first culture and ensures every guest has a world-class experience on equipment they can trust.
